If a serious crime has happened, then we need to be able to speak to and trust council leaders from that particular borough as well as the Police HQ and ask the questions as to why serious crimes are happening under their watch. When you start to trust you can build communities, when you build communities you start to build towns, when you build towns you start to build cities and when you build cities, you build countries! 🇬🇧
