Cascade is a desktop app that sits on top of your local codebase with three main services: → git integration for visualizing and creating commits and branches → claude code for applying changes + smart commit messages → a preview system that caches a build per commit

We wanted something that felt fluid. Every message you send zooms in on a new task node. Drag from any node to spawn a branch with a new edge color. Previews can be blown up full screen. Nodes can be moved around the canvas. It's your visual canvas.

With Cascade, we're exploring tools that non-technical folks like designers can use to ideate and prototype, and have fun while doing so. It's now available in beta:
