Create a token that makes ownership programmable. Raise $10K, $25K or $50K rounds. For anything larger, talk to our team. Founders also earn 0.7% per trade, in perpetuity. Additional capital unlocks automatically as market cap grows, up to $8.6M.

Give your users ownership in what they use, or use ownership to drive the next wave. Run reward campaigns from the CLI. Points campaigns with leaderboards for referrals and activity, or a fixed amount of your token per qualifying action. Every action is verified in your own app, so only real usage gets paid.

Pick the ownership model that fits your startup. Bedrock: back the token with 1-30% of your equity. ACE: holders convert tokens into equity when you are ready for it. DAO: the token is the sole asset, with all IP assigned to a DAO.

Fast fundraising is only possible with strict investor protections. Raised funds and founder fees go to a Squads treasury governed by decision markets, paid out in weekly allowances. Larger expenditures can only be executed after market approval. Holders with 5% of supply can create proposals, the market prices the outcome, and the winning outcome executes.
