Let me introduce Altered Beast, one of Sega’s classic arcade games. If you’re in your 40s and spent any time in arcades, you’ve probably seen it at least once—more likely many times. When you defeat the white wolf, it drops an orb. When you collect it, you hear the famous “Power up!” voice and the main character starts becoming more muscular. How To Train Squats For Explosiveness 99% of athletes are not strongest in the deep portion of a squat. When you become stronger in the bottom 1/4 of the rep, you build so much more knee resilience against injury in any range higher than that position. We focus on controlling the eccentric part of the rep for 4 seconds down, and explode out from the bottom. The goal is to drive knees over toes, keep the chest up and out, & not allow the back to round. Regarding Tibet + China: I didn’t have a “Happiness Detector” when I went to Tibet, so I don’t know if Tibetans are truly happy being part of China. But I can tell you that all the American narratives are Big Fat Lies. Here are the facts: 🔹Tibetan culture is thriving 🔹I didn’t see a single Chinese military soldier. There’s no oppression. 🔹The only time I saw cops was when I got lost and went to a police station. The cops were so nice and gave me a free ride to my hotel. 😆 The video below is the opera about the Tibetan King marrying a Han Chinese princess in the 7th century. She brought Buddhism to Tibet.
