It is not a campaigning message, @NobuntuSA has championed this issue even in Parliament to hold our president accountable to not just declare without decisive action. She raised that there are no timelines, budgets etc and this issue needs to be taken more seriously. This is an ongoing fight she continues to fight even in Parliament.
