We cannot have a Justice Minister who refuses to acknowledge the political failures that allowed our communities to become unsafe. Sinn Féin has been forced to put down a motion of no confidence in the Minister for Justice because this government is not listening.

Whatever way the wind blows, Sinn Féin goes. A total waste of time that won’t do anything to improve the safety of Dublin. Scoring political points by using a crime scene as a background for her video, no wonder her party are sliding in the polls.

Sinn Féin has always been clear: the EU Migration Pact is not in Ireland’s interest. It is the Irish people who are best placed to make our decisions, not Europe. Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael are wrong to hand over sovereignty on this issue. Sinn Féin will be calling for a special debate in the Dáil this week. TDs will have an opportunity to vote in support of the debate taking place. We need an international protection system that is fair, managed and properly enforced - one that the people can have confidence in.

The Prime Minister has this week affirmed what we and the Jewish community have been saying for two years but which the police, regulators and universities have hesitated or refused to acknowledge: calls to "globalise the Intifada" represent a call to attack Jewish communities around the world. We are grateful to the Prime Minister Keir Starmer for his clarity, and we expect the criminal justice system to belatedly accept what every reasonable person now understands, and to arrest, charge and prosecute those who chant this on our streets and campuses.

Breaking: OLANREWAJU FADEHAN, the current Head of Examinations at the WAEC office in Awka, Anambra State, has openly acknowledged and confessed the many issues surrounding the 2026 WAEC examinations, including some of the factors that led to mass failures among students who legitimately sat for the exams. We will get to the root of this. Our students, who have worked hard for years, deserve justice, and we will ensure they get it. It is a big shame that WAEC has allowed these failures to put the futures of our children at risk.
