Hyd contributes around 80% GDP of TG. Do we mean to say we need to keep 80% or 75% of the constituencies with in the GHMC region. Every state brings there own variety to the table. Northeast states lack good opportunities. Can't ask them to perform like us

There is no second best. To be the optimal medium of exchange and unit of account, it's best to not have to convert between different moneys. And since network effects grow exponentially with the number of users, once a certain user threshold has been passed, any new monetary technology has to be significantly better than the dominant one to replace it.

Numbers dictate policy and that is democracy. If he does not like it then call it something else. Whatever solution of GDP he is giving he should implement it in his own state for MLA seats and then also make votes differently weights based on financial status of voter.

If we make this same argument with respect to caste you will cry foul. And in future if up and Bihar contribute more and then we say delimitation again than u will cry. There is no end to this crying.

If south contributes more in terms of GDP there is justification to demand amending the existing rules and provide more benefits from centre. Delimitation appear to be a totally different subject.

Revanth Reddy garu’s final demand and personal solution to ensure #FairDelimitation: "It's time for the centre to end the #delimitation policy against the South and Punjab. It's time for the centre to repay and reward us for our great role and contribution in nation-building for the last 50 years. The South now demands an exemption from the delimitation formula based on population just like UTs and smaller states in #NorthEast. Today, South has 130 out of 543 seats. The Women's Reservation Bill is actually a Purush Bachao Yojna through which Parliament will be converted into a Family Club! If the government is serious about Women Reservation, give the Women 33% Reservation from the exsisting 543 MPs, why Delimitation! Even the 50% increase in seats for all states is a serious disadvantage to Southern States. Let me explain : Parliament runs on absolute numbers not percentage, so a 50% increase in seats for UP is 80+40 = 120 A 50% increase for Tamil Nadu is 39+20= 59! Today the difference in MPs between UP & TN is 80-39= 41, after Delimitation it will become 120-59= 61!

Standing on Tamil soil, the Prime Minister must give a clear guarantee : "Tamil Nadu and other states that have successfully controlled population growth will not be penalised in the impending delimitation exercise. Their share of parliamentary seats in percentage terms will remain untouched." Hon'ble PM Narendra Modi should make this promise publicly, allay the fears in the minds of the people of Tamil Nadu, and follow it up with a constitutional amendment in Parliament. This is the only way to ensure a #FairDelimitation. I sincerely hope he will act.
