We didn’t produce EEE at the studio, but this spot from 1999 is a good example of how different the marketing was on CN vs NICK. Nothing about this screams KIDS as Nick did. Also, this spot actually aired on Nick as ad buy from CN. There was a... time when we’d advertise on Nick and they’d do the same on CN. it could be done through local ad buys. I remember seeing this back in 99 and said “this reminds me of the who’s on first” sketch.

For the longest time until the show finally aired, all we really knew about the show is that they were kids who had the same name and had a wacky walk / fun cycle.

Best show ever made for Cartoon Network, bar none. Loved it for the past 25 years, as much as my mom despised it 🤣
