This isn't the telescope's final form though! This iteration has the smaller 144-megapixel commissioning camera used for testing. Rubin's 3200-megapixel LSST Camera, which will #CaptureTheCosmos in science operations, will be installed early next year.

This is 8 years of a time-lapse video showing the construction and installation of the Vera C. Ruben telescope camera. Ruby is the biggest camera in the world and at the service of seeing things never seen before in the universe.

For the first time, the three of us are in the same place in life - and as we continue to grow as brothers, husbands, fathers & artists, this project is a window into our lives. It’s the story of where we have been, what we have learned and where we are now.

Earlier this week, I had a Mazerance play-test session with the dev team to review what we’ve been able to build in the last five months since we officially began development for this game. We still have a long journey ahead (2+ years), but here’s a first look at some of our current in-game footage; all achieved in barely six months of development.

Tom Izzo shares a powerful lesson on accountability and the kid's toy he's used for 20 years to teach it. "I have a thing in my office in my staff room. I had my wife 20 years ago buy about 6 of those Barbie and Ken mirrors - you know, the little mirrors." Here's how he uses them: "Whenever we have a problem here - somebody screws up, something happens in class, we lose a game and we're going around my staff room asking, 'Well, whose fault is it?'..." "The first thing I do is get those 6 mirrors out." "I say, 'Look in the mirror. Look in the mirror and decide - did I do something wrong to start with?'" "Now, I hate to admit it, but that happens." That's self-accountability. Before you point fingers, you have to look in the mirror. Before you blame others, ask yourself what you could have done differently. The best teams don't look for excuses - they look inward first. Accountability starts with you. Always. (🎥MAC2020 Conference )
