Hang on! The CCRC is there to correct mistakes made by the police and justice system? What measures are going to be taken to teach them the errors of their ways leading to an observable change in behaviour?

In my daughter's rape trial, the judge laid out the sequences of decisions the jury had to make (if a, then e, if b then c) it included the phrase, "then you must find the defendant not guilty" SIX times. (verdict not guilty) The CJS needs to understand what "priming" is.
