We have video! (s/o bennett) Luther Burden - Most will point out the Left Achilles/step back but I do think he got his knee back fast enough where we don’t need to be concerned there (I’m hopeful). It honestly looks like he took a shot to the family jewels...

@Benjiiiiiii12 Men hoping for a best case scenario that involves another man getting hit in the testicles. Fantasy football is so back.

@Benjiiiiiii12 As long as it’s not testicular torsion!

@Benjiiiiiii12 One time the garden hose had a major kink in it and upon unraveling it smacked me so hard in the giggle berries that i collapsed to my knees. Been there not fun. - cream

@Benjiiiiiii12 He kinda grabs at his groin toward the end with his left hand. I remember @StephaniaLBell saying that players will sort of poke/prod at the injured area when they feel a groin strain. (I think I the podcast had an “Ow!” track that they would play when discussing groin strains)

@Benjiiiiiii12 @StephaniaLBell Yup that was one of the main things I saw that made me lean that way. Tried to go down the list and rule out via video (it’s not diagnostic!)

@Benjiiiiiii12 @StephaniaLBell Video injury analysis must be such a unique practice because it’s probably the only line of work where one HOPES that a player simply took a shot to the private parts.

@creamsleeve @Benjiiiiiii12 He didn’t walk off immediately. The attention was more on Tyrique and then we saw Luther walk off. Not a doctor but I don’t think it was super serious. Scary nonetheless but not super serious.

@Benjiiiiiii12 when injured, he wasn't loaded onto a cart right away. He had a trainer with him and walked all the way across one of the practice fields to their rehab building and got into a golf cart there. He was limping, but the fact he could walk so far, at least 150 yards, was a plus

@Benjiiiiiii12 A hit to the balls can make you fall the ground immobile. A limp is pretty standard

@Benjiiiiiii12 Thanks for being brave and taking a stab at it , Jeff. My eyes saw the grab to groin and he evaded getting his legs rolled up on. Now Stevenson’s hip on the other hand :/….

This needed to be said. A great moment on Squawk Box. Joe Kernen calls out liberal panelist Andrew Ross Sorkin live on his own show after Sorkin claimed he didn’t know whether people celebrating Charlie Kirk’s murder represented a “left view or a right view.” Kernen’s point was pure common sense: It’s not exactly difficult to identify where much of the insanity is coming from. He immediately pressed Sorkin on some of the radicals he has supported, but Sorkin tried to deflect. That’s when Kernen brought up the loony DSA candidates, Hasan Piker, and Zohran Mamdani. And Sorkin suddenly had a guest to get to. SORKIN: “But why do you think the the the discourse has gotten as ugly as it has?” “And do you agree that it’s gotten…and do you think it’s ugly across…I mean, I think what, what what Joe just described is pretty ugly.” “And you I don’t know if that’s a, a left view or a right view or what kind of view it is.” KERNEN: “You really don’t know whether that’s…?” SORKIN: “I actually am not sure what…is going on there…” KERNEN: “With September 11th coming up, doesn’t…don’t you get an eyebrow raise with some of these DSA candidates and what they’ve said in the past about deserving September 11th?” SORKIN: “Oh, Hasan Piker, of course!” KERNEN: “And Mamdani, you say he’s the most popular person in New York. He’s anti-semitic. He’s on record. His wife is with these comments that are…” SORKIN: “I’m not defending him. I’m just suggesting to you…if you’re a Republican trying to run in this state right now, and I’m not talking about you, I’m talking about our previous guest…It is very hard to overcome.” “And, you know, I think as well as anybody, if you look at the polls in this state in particular, his chances are, and I’m sorry for his sake, very, very challenged.” KERNEN: “I know, but I just don’t think it’s hard to find where the the insanity on which side.” “Now, what, do you equate not wanting trans athletes in…is that the same type of nastiness…you think it’s…?” SORKIN: “We have a guest here, so I don’t know why…I don’t know why…” KERNEN: “I would deflect that, if I were you, I would deflect on that too.” Kernen stomped him and he knew it.

Trent Williams says he learned more about football in one 30-minute Kyle Shanahan team meeting than his previous 10 NFL seasons combined “The fact that he made us competitive, the fact that we believed that we could go win a Super Bowl, we literally believed. And it’s not because of what we had in the locker room. It was because of what we had in the coach.” “He understands his team. When to give days off and when to push us through the times where we want days off. He’s got a keen understanding for how to treat a locker room, not sweating the small stuff, but making sure everybody is accountable and making sure we all play with that same intensity.” “If you don’t, you’re going to get called out. He ain’t going to MF you in front of everybody. He’s going to do it in his own way, but it makes you feel like, ‘Damn, I’m letting him down. I need to be accountable.’” “Not so much, ‘I’m going to do it so he don’t yell.’ It’s like, ‘Damn, I’m going to do it because I don’t want to let him down. I know he put his everything into this. I know he trusts me with this. I want to pay him back by being productive and executing his game plan.’” “I came here a 10-year vet. I learned more just in that 30-minute team meeting we had with Kyle breaking down the next opponent, I learned more football in that time than I did the previous 10 years.” “The way he breaks it down is literally like something you’ve never seen. Down to the quarterback, where his weight is. Just the way he diagnoses football.”
