We have video! (s/o bennett) Luther Burden - Most will point out the Left Achilles/step back but I do think he got his knee back fast enough where we don’t need to be concerned there (I’m hopeful). It honestly looks like he took a shot to the family jewels but not sure that would cause him to limp the way he did into the locker room. Hard to tell exactly how hard Burden planted on his left leg, so difficult to say if it’s intra-articular (meniscus, etc) or not. Tyrique landed more on Burden’s right leg than his left though, so I’m not really concerned about an MCL/ACL or high ankle on the left side as of now. Possibly a groin injury or a simple shot to the 🥜? Seems not too bad by video.

Jordyn Tyson injury - Looks like he’s favoring his right hamstring/leg, which was the more concerning one from college. He’s now injured it 4 times: •October 2025 •late November 2025 •April 2026 •today He also didn’t jog off the field, contrary to reports. He’s visibly limping and favoring that side. Really do hope it’s “minor” but this is pretty concerning if the same area continues to get re-injured. Every time it gets reinjured, more scar tissue lays down and that tissue heals weaker than it was before.

It’s been 3 months 21 days since Jordyn Tyson last played a game. According to Dane Brugler, he won’t participate at his Pro Day. Also sounds like his hamstring may have flared up during his training. That is quite some time for a grade 2 strain to heal….

Hot take: Omarion Hampton should be a Round 2 draft pick. Negatives: -problem solving laterally -downgears laterally -"willing" pass pro vs good reps -adequate route running+hands -inconsistent power/leg churn -long speed - He's not Breece Hall, Jonathan Taylor, or Nick Chubb.

Sam LaPorta - May have just suffered a significant ligament injury as his left knee buckles and hyperextends. Concern for ACL and/or LCL. If he’s ruled out quickly, assume the worst. Really hope I’m wrong on this one, as it would impact his 2024 production.

This situation sucks, but taking emotions & bias out of it & looking strictly at objectives, here goes: I do think Christian McCaffrey plays on Sunday. I don’t think the injury is serious. I do have moderate concern that it worsens on Sunday. Start him.
