This guy is using the left hand lane , which is open. There is a mile long backup and everyone is over in the right hand lane. He drives all the way up until he has to merge. Some people are saying what a jerk he is for not getting in line like everyone else, but a great many people are saying that the cars in the right lane merged into one lane too soon and that if they had used the left lane, instead of being a mile backup it would have been a half a mile backup. What’s your take? Do you think he was correct in using the left lane and merging up at the front or should he have merged right and got in line way in the back like everyone else?

Florida Highway Patrol is putting an end to the nonsense. Under Florida Statute § 316.081, lingering in the left lane when faster traffic approaches from behind is an active moving violation and troopers are out hunting down the rolling roadblocks. Move over or collect a ticket and 3 points on your license. Let’s give it up for Florida State Troopers finally clearing the passing lane for drivers who actually know what they’re doing. 👏

ATTN: TGSRTC -Kindly counsel your drivers that it's not recommended for large vehicles (4 wheelers too) to overtake from left side on crowded city roads. Better to stick to right lane after departure from bus stop and drive steady. All this weaving will not really get you ahead much, but exponentially increases risk of accidents because of the many blind spots around a bus. Left lane in city roads is best left for 2 & 3 wheelers. #RoadSafety #ArriveAlive

Don't you hate it when people block a designated FREE left lane? Instead of queuing up behind the existing line of vehicles they squeeze into the left lane which is free- just to get ahead by 10 meters, and block it for others taking a left turn. That is selfish driving. #RoadSafety

A recurring frustration with FSD 14.3.3 It still doesn’t remember previous behavior on roads I drive every day. In both of these clips, the car unnecessarily jumps into the left lane (Hurry mode) despite clear reasons not to: • Video 1: The lane is ending and blocked by construction barrels. • Video 2: The left lane is becoming a left-turn only. In both cases, it had to force its way back into the right lane with traffic all around. Definitely not ideal.

This truck driver shares his frustration with left lane campers. He grumbles that this kind of driving behavior is "typical" for Oregon drivers. Although I doubt he believes it's simply a problem only in Oregon, it begs the question - are there some states, cities and places where there are more bad drivers? Or do you think it’s simply a surge in bad drivers who don’t give a damn about the cars around them?

Chicago drivers are unbelievable. A police officer stops to help someone in an accident with his lights on blocking the lane. Everyone just speeds right past him like it is nothing. Then the inevitable happens. Thankfully the officer was not badly injured.

This video should be watched by all 145 crore people of this country. Zero lane discipline. Absolute chaos on roads. I stick to the middle lane, and people still try overtaking from the left like it’s normal. Buses & trucks hog the right lane. Bikes cruise in the middle. No rules, no logic, just survival. This isn’t traffic, it’s a daily gamble.

This just blows my mind. Cruising down the highway in the fast lane with no one behind. The truck could have waited to pass, but no! Gets over & then stays in the left lane. 🤯 Why? Why would you do that? It doesn’t make any sense. I think it’s intentional to piss folks off!

The driver of this Nissan was dawdling at 45-50mph in lane two of the M3 in Sunbury. When stopped by #VanguardRST officers, she said, "I thought it was OK, as the left lane is the slow lane". 🙄 A Traffic Offence Report for Driving Without Due Care and Attention was issued to the driver. Did you know middle lane hogging is illegal in the UK? You could receive an on-the-spot-fine of £100 and get three points on your licence.
