For anyone reading the headlines about HRT and dementia this morning, please watch this. The study referenced is an observational study so does not prove cause and effect. Also, it’s mainly looking at women who are taking older types of HRT which are very different to the types of HRT we prescribe now. Other studies have shown that people who take body identical HRT have a lower risk of dementia. What it does show is that we urgently need to do more research in this area.

When you go pick your dog up after 13 days from one of best boarding kennels in West Yorkshire. Kobe absolutely loved it, especially the ladies who work there, and loves arse scratches😂 Our boy has come along way since we rescued him over 3 years ago, he came from an abusive home and was neglected. So for him to stay in kennels and away from us for the first time, is a big step for him. We’ve done a lot of work with him to help him build trust and confidence with people over the years.
