This should go without saying, but for an automated system to be at the safety level of a human, this cannot happen. The fact that this occurred yesterday during THIS drive (along with other safety-critical disengagements) should serve as statistical evidence of how frequent this is occurring. The one thing we absolutely know with certainty about the Richat Structure is that there was an incredible amount of human activity here from the dawn of toolmaking and tool use itself. The Acheulean Hand Axe is the second tool that humans ever made and this technology spread throughout Africa, Europe and Asia while no definitive evidence exists that this technology ever made it to the Americas. I think this is evidence that this technology was shared and disseminated intentionally, that neighboring humans didn’t come up with this independently on their own but this was a legacy, an institution, a skill and an industry that was shared and taught. It is perhaps the earliest evidence we have of widespread cultural diffusion throughout Africa, Europe and Asia. And yes, it’s right there at the Richat Structure which leads me to question the role that the Richat played to humans half a million years ago. It seems like that’s where we have to start with the Richat.

Los Angeles, California. The recent Waymo geofence expansion may not be going as planned- Here we see a Waymo repeatedly try to reverse and crash into a Tesla right behind it at the intersection. This is a new one; not sure what the hell is going on here… but it’s not good Any guesses Dan O'Dowd ???? Welp...FSD(V13.2.2) smacked right into a curb on the Cybertruck today...Both wheel caps are destroyed. I have re-watched the footage many times at this point and I am still puzzled as to why FSD decided to veer to the right. Quite frankly unacceptable behavior. To be abundantly clear, there was no one around me that would make FSD want to steer out of the way, I was not distracted at all and supervising the vehicle the entire time, and there was NO time to react to avoid this incident.. Thankfully no one was injured, and there seemingly is no additional damage to the vehicle or the wheels themself. Tesla AI team (Wes too), please feel free to use my vehicle's telemetry data or any additional data to look into this to avoid this happening in the future if you so choose. (DM me if any further info is needed) This is incredibly disappointing to me. I understand this is a "supervised" software but dang, does it sting when there is nothing you could have done to avoid this (Other than not using the software at all). To be clear, I still believe in the FSD mission, but I will not be using the software until the next revision. Lastly, and in some better news, the Tesla North America Ridgepoint service location did an incredible job at quickly checking my truck to make sure its safe to drive, and getting me some wheel covers IMMEDIATLY! As always, I appreciate you Ridgepoint team!

Truly disappointed with FSD after tonight. Tesla needs to do everything in their power to get people off factory branch software. Gets halfway through an intersection only to slam on the brakes. If I were a new Tesla owner I would never touch this tech again. This is fixable. Every single new vehicle needs to be on the latest builds to ensure they have the best experience possible. I will not be continuing my subscription and will consider again once they decide to get me off the factory branch/FSD 14.2.2.5

World Models are the path for some AI Models in the future. But how can we efficiently train these models to not only see the world the way humans do but to see the world in a new and unique way. By visualizing, what is normally sequenced audio patterns, we can derive much more insights. Here we see Paganini in a visual form that can than be described and transcribed into a World Model. We can observe connections in a manner that may not have been clear prior to the digitalization of music and sound in this way. The company with the most valuable potential in building a World Model is Tesla. Not that this type of visualization is being used, but that the mechanisms are in place, and the technology is in place for the company to thrive in this new form of AI.

The people who made the OVAs shown from time and time again that they have faith in their viewers that they'll be able to understand the world building that culminated to this point. You can start the other shows prior to this, either before or after this OVA and it will still feel like a proper climax leading up to this. The story beats in this show are pretty good in the sense that anyone can understand it, it's not universally profound but it does a good job in highlighting perspectives of every side and have a glimpse at what happened that lead up to it.

Looks like Tesla stock is about to take a major hit in after hours. An innocent bystander caught this Tesla Van, confirmed to be using Autopilot (by the driver), plowing across the sidewalk. Obviously, we will be interested to see what the telemetry says but there’s no reason to wait for additional details. Richard Blumenthal with deep apologies we take back everything we said about you. Tesla needs to be investigated immediately and under the strictest possible methods. The idea that their technology would allow this is beyond criminal. I’m sure I’m not the only one that just sold all of my Tesla stock and frankly, I can’t believe I was ever tricked into buying it.

One capability I want to see Tesla AI ensure FSD has is understanding situations like this where a trash loaded trailer is on the highway at speed and the software understands this could be a situation where debris might blow out of the trailer and move back or over to another lane. That’s what most humans would do and it’s to protect from potential future damage or a dangerous situation.
