We need to settle this debate once and for all… Blue cheese or ranch?

Josh is right. Blue cheese in Buffalo hits different. It’s thicker with chunks of blue cheese in it and proper flavor. Blue cheese in other areas use runny blue cheese “dressing” that is tangy trash. This is why Blue Cheese has a bad name in other states.

A good wing doesn't need it. However, it doesn't take away from the wings if you decide to have it. Buffalo blue cheese is different than anywhere else (in my experience) so if you aren't from Buffalo and say it sucks you prolly just don't know about good blue cheese 😂
