we officially solved software products for AI UGC we already systemized physical products months ago.. skincare, supplements, gadgets, you drop it in and the ad comes out looking perfect software was a different story so it took me a bit of time because the text on screen always came... out as gibberish and the app in the video looked nothing like the actual app, so every software ad ended up looking like slop.. but that is no longer a problem, in the V4 system i built a framework specifically for software, this whole video now comes out of 1 prompt pause the video and look at the screen yourself, every single piece of text on the app is readable, which is traditionally extremely hard to do with AI UGC and the exact reason software and app people stayed out of it then watch when she swipes her hand to go to the next screen, the animation is 1:1 with how the app moves natively and you can tell there is no weird AI transition happening so now we have: > max realism > readable and accurate text on screen every time > a 1:1 representation of your actual app or software which means literally ANY product can be done with AI UGC now, ecom, software, apps, info products, all of it there has never been a better time to scale creatives.show more

Ford CEO Jim Farley on why it's so difficult for legacy car companies to get software right & why Tesla’s vertically integrated approach is the right one: “We farmed out all the modules that control the vehicles to our suppliers because we could bid them against each other, so Bosch would do the body control module, someone else would do the seat control module, someone else would do the engine control module. We have about 150 of these modules with semiconductors all through the car. The problem is the software are all written by you know 150 different companies and they don't talk to each other. So even though it says Ford on the front, I actually have to go to Bosch to get permission to change their seat Control software. So even if I had a high-speed modem in the vehicle and and I had the ability to write their software, it's actually their IP and I have 150, we call it the loose Confederation of software providers, 150 completely different software programming languages, you know all the structure of the software is different. It’s millions of code and we can't even understand it all. That's why at Ford we've decided in the second generation product to completely insource electric architecture. Its day 4 of building an app to $20,000/mo in public to prove that its not luck. I own 10 apps myself and im partnered with Mau Baron on prayer lock, which is currently at $20k/mo so we came together again to make another banger we had a MASSIVE pivot on the app idea on Saturday at 3AM Now we are building an app that blocks your phone until you walk You pay for screen time with steps I think all of us reading this post ( as founder and developers ) sometimes we forget to move our body When we lock in too hard. But health comes before anything So now literally 48 hours after pivoting we are 99% finished with the app Mau cooked: →App loop →Screen & health Api →Logo →Ad MMP and I cooked the: → Onboarding → Website → Appstore page We built everything you see on the video using Rork is awesome, cuz you can literally make an app in a few hours and ship it to the AppStore In literally 3 clicks now we are just waiting on the screen time api To get approved. in the meantime we are warming up some tiktok accounts to start marketing and running ads
