We really don’t talk enough about how terrifying Darth Vader’s introduction was in the third episode of the Obi-Wan Kenobi series. Despite being one of the most iconic and intimidating villains in cinematic history, seeing Vader mercilessly take out someone without even igniting his lightsaber is easily one of the darkest moments I’ve ever seen in a Star Wars project. We’d never seen this character quite this angry before, and this scene is as chilling to watch as it is just outright horrifying.

Miss this series so much, was truly everything that I wanted it to be and more.

Obi-Wan and Asajj Ventress’ lightsaber duel with Darth Maul and Savage Opress seriously has to be one of the most overlooked lightsaber duels to come from any Star Wars project. So much history between all of these characters quite literally converging in the most claustrophobic space imaginable. Such an amazing finale for Season 4 of The Clone Wars. Also really love how they all are using red lightsabers for a brief moment!

Whereas The Republic dominated the battlefield with their surprise invasion at the end of Attack of the Clones, here they aren’t so lucky. They’re being fired at before they even have a chance to land on the surface, and even Obi-Wan and his battalion barely make it out of this episode alive. Such an intense sequence.
