We shouldn’t cut a single penny in support for disabled people - we should tax the wealthiest instead. I’ve launched a petition calling for wealth taxes, not cuts - as part of our campaign to get as many MPs as possible to vote down these cuts Sign here:

Why not cancel the Chagos Betrayal and save several billion pounds that way? No new tax AND no disability benefit cuts!

Dive into the critical issues shaping economic policy, from President-elect Trump’s sweeping tariff proposals to the challenges Texas faces under rising government spending. Now is the time for bold reforms to protect taxpayers and ensure economic freedom thrives.

Thank you for continuing to stand up for disabled people

I have signed ✍️ and shared it, no disability person or vulnerable person should face difficulties in life. Perhaps we demo and fighting back against Labour austerity . If this cut go through carers will lose income & as well as the disabled and vulnerable. #WelfareNotWarfare

Even without the cuts we’ve just received a 1.7% increase, that doesn’t even cover the cost of living increases, and when you only receive £8k/year, that makes it incredibly hard (impossible) to find the extra money. How do Govt expect people to survive when they can’t work?!

Well said

@TheMeldrew What happens when Labour end up causing deaths - they are fully aware this will happen? They intend to reclassify people as miraculously becoming able forcing unfit people into jobs, risking their safety-Govt must be liable I know employers health & safety won’t take that risk

Imagine the Labour Party picking on the disabled…. Still At least you’re one of the few good guys

Agree up to the point of alternative ways of raising revenue. Net zero target spending could be scrapped. It’s making us all poorer. 45% energy used was renewable and yet highest bills in Europe.

My son can’t work (autism and learning difficulties). He needs full time care. I’m his carer. If he looses his pip on re assessment, along with the health element of UC (once linked) we are literally destitute! He still can’t work and I still will still have to care!
