The contradiction is worth examining: if government action is necessary to improve women’s participation, the private sector still has to make those gains sustainable through hiring, retention, pay and leadership opportunities. Public policy can open the door, but workplaces determine how many women actually stay and advance.

If the Govt. Is doing so much at grass root level then why the hell is " Ladli behena", Majhi Ladli bahin, Lakshmir Bhandar, Gruha Lakshmi, Subhadra Yojna are running. Abolish them.
