Wow! I really don’t agree with this priority list. This looks like just another set of government controls. Reduce government intervention and let real market forces drive business forward. Have real costs drive business not government subsidized costs! Real financial drives business to solar/batteries -away from government subsidized coal, oil and nuclear. Reducing government interference in our lives will encourage people to create!
