9/10 founders would have built this AI Robo Chef in China. Yatin Varachhia spent 5 years building it in India. It started with a simple problem. While living abroad, he missed the Gujarati food he grew up eating. That led to Let's Nosh. A machine that can cook 600+ Indian recipes at the push of a button. The product itself is genuinely impressive. But what stands out even more is the commitment behind it. Made-in-India design. Made-in-India tooling. Made-in-India moulds. Even the main PCB is made in India. The easy path would have been to manufacture elsewhere. The harder path was to build the ecosystem here. Yatin chose the harder path. Today, NOSH is selling in the US and gaining traction in Bharat. Yesterday, it was a pleasure hosting Yatin at Topsail. We had some great conversations around product development and manufacturing, and we're excited about the possibility of building more together in the future. India needs more founders willing to take the difficult road. Let's Build in Bharat for the World.

The transformation is already visible. India is developing an entire semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. Semiconductor plants have started, chip exports have begun and production in more plants is expected in the coming years. We are also strengthening our capabilities in critical minerals.

But the regional part of that fleet is very small. So we really believe that, to develop India from within, the country needs a smaller-gauge aircraft to really help drive the country's GDP... The regional segment of jets is completely missing. If you see what the potential is in a country like India... So that's why we believe really that together with Adani we can work together with a goal to build the aircraft here in India, the exact aircraft type to be defined, so we will come back on that, but we are talking up to an assembly line, testing, delivery. We really believe in a partnership with Adani because they're very strong in supply chain, MRO, and pilot training, so we believe that, together, we can develop a very strong aviation ecosystem here in India. And of course, beyond that, we're very interested to work also with the Indian industry for much deeper localisation. We need to build our supply chain, and we believe that here in India, we can also do that with Indian partners ahead of us. So a potential first regional assembly line in India, that's what we're looking at here. We're very bullish about making that happen...
