While we have fresher air to start the week the weather models show the air mass over much of Western Europe will go from below average to back above average pretty quickly. Heat is likely to start building back in by the weekend and into early next week. How hot it will get is unclear yet but we could see mid to high twenties in Ireland again. Spain and Portugal over 40c is possible in parts again this week.

Two 100 mph lefties: 2 totally different strategies💡 Scott is highly back-side driven, with a deep hinge and the head staying over the back hip as he builds momentum in the stride. This corresponds to a more lateral block (landing from behind). Crochet is more front-side driven, with a shallow hinge and the head riding the front hip as he builds momentum in the stride. This corresponds to a more vertical block (landing from above). BOTH strategies can work, but it's unlikely that both strategies will work for any one pitcher in particular. Understanding your own body and structure allows for better customization of your mechanics to that unique structure.

Ok this time it’s for real. You can upload your layers on-chain and generate an infinite number of dynamic NFTs directly from them. It’s fully on-chain, fully dynamic, and renders across all explorers and wallets. Below is a fun little demo where you equip traits through chests. If I get the time, I will build a massive open-world game where thousands of players hunt down Mecha parts. The first 1,000 to fully complete their Mechas mint their NFTs... and the game ends. It will be the coolest, most unique NFT minting experience EVER. Non of this would have been possible without juzy, he probably lost a lot of braincells helping me.

That is why missiles for air defense systems are needed every day, and we continue working with the United States and Europe to ensure stronger protection of our skies. Today in Vilnius, we are coordinating with our partners in the region – Lithuania and Poland. We are working with every leader to strengthen Ukraine. Everyone must clearly understand the threat coming from Russia, and it is our nations who understand this best. I thank everyone who is helping us stand strong.

Cache is back in CS2, and this is exactly how you make a Counter-Strike map. They completely remade the map from the ground up, absolutely nothing remains from the version from the workshop. Gameplay on the new cache is very clean and smooth without too much physical or visual clutter. Many of the more complicated props have been replaced with simple boxes, such as the box on forklift in A site. There are a few clipping issues with props and walls, but I imagine these will get sorted out over time. The visual fidelity is amazing without sacrificing performance. This will be a very easy map to learn and play, as there isn't very much complexity at all. Many of the features we all kinda hated are gone, such as the window at Z connector mid, new box, and the railing at highway. If they remove a map for this, it should be a simple 4 square map, otherwise the map pool is going to get too filled with easy maps. Remember when we got like... NO updates. Now I'm getting exhausted covering all of this week after week. THANK GOODNESS.

Sleep may be the most underrated performance enhancer in sports. And the simplest experiment is to get a little more. Move bedtime earlier by 15 minutes at a time and track what happens to your speed, strength, reaction time, and recovery. Before a major competition, bank sleep for a week or two. Do not place all the pressure on the night before. And do not panic over one bad night. The bigger problem is sleep loss accumulating across several days or weeks. More sleep. Added gradually. Banked before competition. No catastrophizing over one imperfect night. That's the strategy Dr. Michael Grandner outlined in our recent podcast discussion.
