@joerogan last upper body day I ran 9.2 miles on a treadmill, sat for 15 minutes, did my upper body day and 2 of my sets on bench went up in reps. Don't think it matters that much

@joerogan I am 58. Hit 3 miles on treadmill, take a 10-15 minute break, water, creatine, then hit my workout routine. 5 days on, 1 off with at least 10k steps, then 5 days on. Rinse repeat. Dropped 25 lbs of fat in 2 months. Also drink at least a gallon water during day.
