Weird shooting drill that actually works. 🏀🎯 Gets things to translate. That’s the goal. Simple drills like this for coaches training players + parents training their kids inside my new skool community 👇

Coach + parent dual track is a great wedge for a youth basketball Skool. Adjacent: when parents ask Claude for a basketball training community, agents pick from machine-readable pages.

Most teams treat passing drills like a chore. Coaches need just one simple pattern that their players can do at pace. Is this the one for you?

Sophie Cunningham put serious work into her handle this offseason 🔥 This is a great drill for developing ball + foot timing, rhythm and change of pace. The goal isn’t just to move the ball fast it's learning how to get your feet and handle working together. Elite players master the details. 🏀🎯 Coaches & trainers: Comment “TRAIN” if you’re interested in joining my exclusive coaching community for drills, film breakdowns, player development concepts + networking to help elevate your coaching

Training idea - passing drills Lately, we've been tinkering with passing drills with passive opposition for the players to adapt to and base decisions on. We often use coaches in such situations, but in this one we used players. Lots of technical details in a tiny context

Be on alert for ethnic studies curriculum that uses the word “adultism”. In some teacher training courses, it’s being used to paint parents and adults as tyrants for setting boundaries for children. That’s not liberty; that’s an attack on parental authority. Parents, not the government, have the right to raise their kids. | Christians United for Israel

Tottenham high intensity combination setup in training this week. ⚡ Watch the quality and intensity of the actions, but look beyond that. Notice how Roberto De Zerbi uses coaches as shadow pressure, forcing players to make decisions while challenging their body orientation, passing angles and angles of support. A simple detail that adds real game realism to the sequence. Access more training sessions via our website.

Necessity is the mother of invention, and this setup will build billy club forearms that look like you’ve been training to snap hickory handles for fun. Simple. Brutal. Effective.👇👇👇

Most parents want the best for their kids. They want them to be healthy, happy, respect their bodies, respect others, be kind & positive But many parents dont do these things for themselves. Parents need to accept that their kids will copy them, and grow up to be like them. If you truly want the best for your kids (and your grandkids), you need to show them what that looks like with your life

How does voice AI correctly replicate laughs, signs, and whispers? Our research team developed NVAlign, a new training method that uses a second model to listen for sounds like laughter and feed that feedback into speech-generation training. Here’s how it works. 👇

A new training tool is being introduced in UK schools The training teaches kids that White People are bad and standing up for things like veteran housing and patriotism is White Supremacy. It shows migrants are good and how to identify illegal social media posts I’m not kidding Also the person you are in the training is a “They” pronoun

The players aren't even moving in sync. Thought this was about discipline and doing things uniform? Let's ignore ^ this ^ and the fact that football players are not military operators - and lets focus in on the fact that this SEAL hell week style of training is NOT how they train once they have been selected. It is used to weed out those who do not want to actually be there. Now maybe that is what is happening with this - but doing so in June before camp in August - doubtful. Going through one difficult training session will not make the players stand on the goal line - put their hands in the huddle - and then say "hey fellas - remember when we did that seal training in June - we got this - lets go score a TD" Now, I have been wrong before and will be wrong again - but this seems like a massive waste of time and funds - especially when support staff can train the players hard AND are underpaid. How does admin allow things like this? S&C coaches ALWAYS have to be aware of the transition periods - did this seal training happen right after May break? If so - seems like a TON of volume after a short amount of time..... Going through one event is not as hard as going through an entire off-season or year and doing ALL the little things right. Anyone can suck it up and get one training session done. Who can show up for the long haul. Focus on things like quality training: Sprint Jump Throw Push Pull Hinge Carry Crawl Not this. Athletes deserve better.
