Place has seen it's better days & fallen from the years I started going there (well before the casino era). Saturdays/holidays would have 45-50K people there. Sad to see it's demise.

I know I've said this before, American horse racing is a dying sport. Fake fans only show up to event races Kentucky Derby, Breeders Cup. Its sad going to the track used to be my favorite sport to go see and I enjoyed all sports

I haven't been to Aqueduct in 12 years, but it looks exactly the same as it was then. I think I even recognize some of the cracks in the apron!
