We'll do whatever it takes to fix K-12 education — including changing state laws. There are now 50,000+ new locations where microschools can open across Florida. If we’re going to fix our K-12 education system, we need to launch 1,000’s of new schools. Let's get to work.

This legislation was 2.5 years in the making. It’s a state-level pre-emption that supersedes local zoning laws. Regardless of current zoning, new microschools can open in every church, library, synagogue, community center and performing arts center across Florida.

Florida is uniquely challenging on land-use — most states are far better. Legislators from 6 states have still reached out asking how they can pass something similar, so we’ve open sourced the legislation. Steal it, expand it, and pass it:
