Not out. If he had slid I to the boundary whilst in contact with the all it would have been four. The catch wasn't complete until he finished his motion. As the ball ran along the ground and his motion was still in motion, it is a drop by the law.

Easily a sandpaper gap between ball and ground....amazing how many cricket fans don't know the rules of cricket. He's rubbed that so hard on the ground I'd investigate it for ball tampering.
