When a horse over jumps more than you expect, you are totally off balance. I’ve had lots of falls because of this. People judging National Hunt riding should get on a horse and try their luck on 50cm width of horse with short stirrups

A “professional” jockey should not be falling off a horse on a perfect stride. The horse didn’t take off out of his hands, she didn’t jink, or stumble on landing.

I'm struggling to see how he could have fallen off that !
