Why is the Albanese Labor government making it easier for their corporate mates with every piece of legislation? This Bill - the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Australian Energy Regulator Separation) Bill 2025 - is another step toward letting powerful corporations, including foreign multinationals, continue to gouge Australians. By removing the regulator from the ACCC’s oversight, Labor is effectively hiding the energy market from competition and consumer protections. This isn’t a market; it’s a bureaucratic racket designed to transfer wealth from hardworking Australians to parasitic billionaires under the cover of the "Net Zero" scam. Worst of all, regulators will no longer be required to disclose their personal financial interests. This is a green light for cronyism. We know over 80% of Australians are paying too much for electricity, yet Labor protects the profits of their wind and solar mates over the welfare of Australian families. I will always put everyday Australians before corporations and will continue to fight for lower power bills for every Australian.

Aussies should own Australia! The dream of owning your own home is slipping away because of out-of-control predatory foreign buyers. One Nation has been fighting to stop this for years and we will keep fighting. Foreign buyers are driving up housing prices and shutting everyday Australians out of the market. Our dollar is weak, and overseas buyers are taking advantage, outbidding locals and making homes unaffordable. Why are we letting this happen? Other countries protect their housing market. Australia should too! The Albanese Labor Government's so-called housing plan is a joke. Millions wasted for next to nothing. And their mass migration policies are making the problem worse. How does that help struggling Aussies? We need real action. That is why One Nation will stop foreign ownership of homes and farmland. Make housing affordable for Australians first. End the lies and broken promises from Labor. Enough is enough. It's time to put Australians first.
