European Christian culture developed the inventions, institutions, and mindset necessary for a stable society over 2000 years, through difficult experimentation, upheavals, and setbacks, through the Bronze, Iron and Industrial Ages. Along the way countless counterproductive attitudes, ideologies, and people were weeded out, gradually and painstakingly. Then, in 1965, with the Hart-Cellar act, we threw all that out the window, and ushered in hordes of 3rd world non-Christians wholesale, who had skipped all this cultural development, skipped the Iron Age, Industrial Age and Enlightenment, who had all their counterproductive habits, attitudes and ideologies intact, and whom we didn't bother even asking to assimilate, because we were afraid of being called racist. And now we wonder why we are where we are.

The leadership of the West does in fact put all responsibility into the White race while expecting little from black and brown people.
