Yep! We spent a 21 months building Werm, and we’re genuinely proud of how we’ve done things. We’ll keep doing everything possible to build great products. What you see now is the result of countless iterations from the version shown in the below video. With just three people, building and scaling a multiplayer game has been incredibly challenging, even large studios struggle with this. The 21 months of development were necessary. We went through multiple rebuilds, learned a ton about launches, and built real relationships across the ecosystem. We stayed away from presales and token launches because the product wasn’t ready. Now we finally feel confident to give it a real shot. There’ll be bumps along the way, but unlike most crypto projects built on hype, we’re launching with an actual product and genuine intent to make it work. We believe we’re doing it the right way and that’s how we plan to keep going. The goal is for the community to trust that when we build, it’s 100% real, never a scam. More news to come about Werm!

But we’re not trying to be like most companies. So here is a tour of our manufacturing facility. This is not just a factory tour. It’s a milestone for me—signing my first manufacturing facility for our venture Only What’s Needed I’ve poured my heart into. And today, I’m opening its doors to you. Launching this product is personal. It’s the culmination of everything I’ve stood for—clean labels, ethical marketing, and consumer-first values. And this is just the beginning. And the support, and we feel the love and the support from everybody in the 210 and across the world, we have the best fans in the world. And again, we’ve been at it for nine months, we wanted to win this series like the other ones and we didn't, and we’ll be just the same people. We’re not going to flinch, blink, waver. Every viral workflow he saw was some version of "upload seven photos of your product and pray." So he went back to first principles and figured out what actually works. Factory is busy but we are not making any money. Raw material prices have eaten up all the profits. Right now, it feels like we’re just working for nothing. If this continues, we’ll start paying out of pocket. On one side, it’s good to see the factory full and running. On the other, we know this is just servicing work - it’s not contributing to real growth. Hopefully things streamline in the next few months.
