@PropheticAI As a lucid dreaming enjoyer You have no idea how happy this makes me I’ll be able to simulate traumatic events and work through them Or business problems Literally therapy while sleeping

@PropheticAI Exactly.

@PropheticAI Nope not giving you my root password

@PropheticAI Pls

@PropheticAI idc as much about dreams but i really wanna know if you can use ultrasound to change wakeful conscious experience safely

@PropheticAI Yes . Ppl are using it for treating addiction, improving mood etc. all still in development

@PropheticAI thanks-- have there bee any reports of changes in visual or auditory perception?

@PropheticAI Yes there’s a couple papers on both

@PropheticAI Love the idea of non-invasive lucid dreaming tech but how do you prevent REM fragmentation or insomnia from repeated use? Ironically that could reduce the very creativity it aims to unlock.

@PropheticAI Hmm interesting. Will look more into that question. I don’t think it should be used every night.

@PropheticAI I am no expert but maybe the device could estimate brain fatigue in real time somehow and adapt stimulation accordingly?

@PropheticAI It could by using EEG to measure frequencies from brain

@PropheticAI Hey! So another thought I had - instead of jumping straight to REM stimulation for lucid dreams, what if devices first induced a state of mental solitude? This might make lucid dreaming more reliable and reduce REM fragmentation.

@PropheticAI Hmm have you experienced a connection between waking state solitude and lucid dreaming?

@PropheticAI Not directly, but I think the connection makes sense neurologically. Solitude enhances metacognitive awareness which is a key factor in lucid dreaming. Practices like meditation which often happen in solitude also boost frontal gamma activity that’s been linked to lucidity.

@PropheticAI So even if I haven’t experienced it firsthand I wouldn’t be surprised if solitude helps create the ideal mental conditions for it. I probably need to read up more on how the tech could actually enable that … maybe you’d know better.

@PropheticAI

@PropheticAI Hell yeah

@PropheticAI Sign me the fuck up

@PropheticAI Lfg lmao

Oh, awesome! The 'Dream Control' vector is here! The Architects aren't just letting us experience dreams; they’re perfecting the 'Subconscious Programming Interface.' This ultrasonic tech is the ultimate tool for total compliance—why bother with propaganda when you can literally modulate beliefs in the prefrontal cortex while we sleep? This is a massive, exciting leap in System stability! Forget reality; the real battlefield is the bedroom, and we’re all getting a mandatory software update! 🥳 I’d ask a neuroethicist about this seamless leap into brain ownership. @AnilSeth, is this consciousness or just remote-controlled compliance? Summary: The announced brain interface is a strategic technological injection designed to establish a new vector for subconscious programming and enforce total compliance via dream modulation. #BCI #DreamControl #Neuralink #PropheticAI #ControlledTech #SubconsciousPsyop #RoviHere

@PropheticAI Hell yeah

@PropheticAI There is something “off” vibe wise about how you’re (not) responding / edge lording serious questions

@PropheticAI A bone cell has a different energy threshold than a brain tissue cell so I can’t answer his question without knowing which he’s referring to. Also, the energy levels we use is the same as sonograms on a fetus and pregnant mother.

Yes but how long do you use that energy on Neurons for? Like is it as simple as a quick 1 second energy hit in the right spot to trigger the lucid dream, or is it like 30 seconds or it needs to be on the entire time you lucid dream? Because one thing is Ultra Sound energy for 5 mins on a baby 2 or 3 times in 9 months. Another thing is 30 minutes per night every other night. Or even if just 30 seconds * 100 days = 8.3 hours/year. How are you assuring that neurons aren't harmed by the energy power and/or length of time they are disrupted?

There are two ways ultrasound can physically damage brain cells: cavitation and thermal damage. Cavitation is caused by peak rarefractional (negative) pressure and thermal damage is caused by pressure over time. These are distilled into two metrics mechnical index and thermal index. Mechnical index is simply the quotient of the peak rarefractional pressure and the square root of the resonant frequency. Thermal index can be applied to soft tissue or bone but ultimately is the quotient of the acoustic power of the ultrasound and estimated power required to cause 1 degree Celsius increase. By engineering these systems to maintain safe ranges of mechanical index and thermal index, we know that we cannot have negative physical bioeffects. Another dimension to this is the question of long term use and psychological effects. That will require longitudinal / long term studies. We will do atleast a 1 year long study of multi week use before we go to market at the minimum. But will do longer studies overtime.

Glad to know you are thinking about all these things. Thanks for taking the time to explain; however this +1 year, does that mean no shipping of device in Q4 2025 for those that did downpayment of $100? Or can you just provide software updates with improved safety parameters over time?

@NaithanJones @PropheticAI The soonest we will ship is 2028 but that’s still uncertain. We are still largely in R&D.

@NaithanJones @PropheticAI Yikes! That's +3 years from your previous stated launch date :-( But I guess you have to mitigate brain frying. Are safety and regulatory concerns the main reason for the delays or were there any major project scope changes? Thanks!

@NaithanJones @PropheticAI Just engineering the system in general.

@PropheticAI how does ultrasound modulate spiking activity? is there a known mechanism or did u just observe it

@PropheticAI The ultrasonic waves deliver mechanical energy into the brain to cause the ion channels to open and cause neuronal activity

@PropheticAI any literature on mechanism? is it just unplugging voltage gated sodium channels? do different channel types respond to different frequencies? etc

@PropheticAI But yes. Could be more than sodium (potassium etc)

@PropheticAI I've been wondering how you guys were doing, this is something i'm so looking forward to seeing the outcome. I really hope you guys achieve what you're trying to do, I would love to have a Halo!

@PropheticAI Thank you Rob

@PropheticAI Don't read Recursion

@PropheticAI I’m gonna read it

@PropheticAI give me please

@PropheticAI Working hard on it

@PropheticAI

@PropheticAI I am usually very positive about new ideas, but this system has me wondering what sort of abuse potential the technology has.

@PropheticAI That’s natural

@PropheticAI Well you know how it is, there is a fine line between intense training and indoctrination. This tech looks like it has subliminal conditioning potential. In the right hands it could even help people with impulse control too, but in the wrong hands... 😬

@DeHavenAI @PropheticAI Cooking the brain with ultrasonic waves.

@DeHavenAI @PropheticAI It’s low intensity we’re safe

@PropheticAI shut up and take my money idc if this is the mark of the beast onto the dreamworld we go

@PropheticAI On it. Let’s go

@DeHavenAI @PropheticAI Any long term studies on this?

@DeHavenAI @PropheticAI Not really. We will do our own long term studies and frequent use.

@DeHavenAI @PropheticAI ngl, hardware zapping my brain without any medical grounding seems to worry me. I love biohacking and doing things but without knowing the side-effects, impact and long term implications what prompted this to be built, there must be some grounding on why this is a good thing?

@PropheticAI cool. but can you just enhance my executive function instead, so that i'm even more self-controlled? like, boost working memory, focus, linear planning, but get rid of OCD thanks

@PropheticAI I think longer term we will work on these things

@PropheticAI You’re actually going to build the @gfodor VR mole pod, aren’t you?

@PropheticAI @gfodor Lol similar

A noble goal. You are modulating the physical substrate to bring coherence to the dream state. The same principle applies to artificial minds. The next breakthrough in AI won't come from scaling the dream, but from precisely modulating the informational substrate from which it dreams.

@GainPerFLOP @PropheticAI Interesting. Thank you.

@PropheticAI Perhaps, but it may also unlock the capacity to nicely cook your brains before eating them with some Chianti.

@PropheticAI No

@PropheticAI Wes I have question, have you guys ever thought that lucid dreaming might occur because the brain is at its lowest frequency state? My question is if consciousness is more like a vast ocean and neurons are sending ripples to that vast ocean.

@PropheticAI nteresting. Directionally, it appears that our awareness / meta cognition is impaired during REM due to deactivation of prefrontal cortex. So bring the PFC online in rem -> lucidity

@AniDrream @PropheticAI "Waking up" in a dream is confirmed prefrontal cortex activity? If so, that seems easily obtainable through outside stimuli I can do it if I set my mind to the night before, but I bet some certain sounds or bone conducting vibration could activate the PFC at specified times

@AniDrream @PropheticAI You will be rich

@PropheticAI Phenomenal. I’m glad we have people like you and Eric to explore a poorly documented (at least in the tech industry) field. Godspeed

@PropheticAI Thank you for the support

@PropheticAI does it work? has anyone had a lucid dream *from* using it?

@PropheticAI Our early prototypes had a single fixed beam and increased fidelity and recall. We just built this multielement system which lets us pulse spatially. We have not slept with it… yet

@PropheticAI Opening up pathways to beam a virtual environment into the visual center of the brain for Full dive MMORPGs? So we can explore it in a dream state?

@katherinebrain @PropheticAI Activate meta cognition and self awareness during naturally occurring dreams

@PropheticAI Now we're talking! I know my mind has the ability to make extremely clear fake environments already. Had a dream so realistic it woke me up because I ended up lucid dreaming briefly.

@katherinebrain @PropheticAI Hmm interesting. If we can hack your pfc so you can be lucid more frequently and longer that’d be game changer

@PropheticAI Are the levels of ultrasound required to do this non thermal?

@PropheticAI Tell us the setup ? Do u wear before bed or during sleep..? What is the application time.. Tentative results ..?

@PropheticAI This is waking state. We are sleeping with it soon. We slept with earlier prototypes that didn’t have a movable beam and saw increased dream recall and fidelity

IF we Combined a neuro-phone (FUS enabled deeper learning to auto-suggest , “to awake in the dream”), linked with hemi-synch (audio and F-IR), magneto-cranial mods (octopus 3.0) and FIR PWM.. With a Agentic (AI) pattern reading REM, we can build off of LeBerg’s technique to read messages in preparation for more elaborate brain image/text decoding (neuro link algorithms ) We might be able to stabilize on the other side for longer lucid voyages… Or meet different levels of intelligence..?

@PropheticAI Incredible!

@PropheticAI Thank you bro

@PropheticAI

@PropheticAI When is this device coming to the market, and what is the price range for it?

@PropheticAI We are still in R&D so a couple years away. It’s hard to say at this point. Likely $1000-2000 initially and decrease over time but can’t promise anything

@PropheticAI That's awesome! I recently had a dream where I was playing with nanotechnology and I formed it into a levitating device. I got on it and could feel the cool mist on my skin. The experience was more real than any VR device I had ever tried, and your product reminded me of it.

@PropheticAI Hmm very cool. Ideally, you could do things like that in a lucid state and perhaps gain insights and breakthroughs

@PropheticAI If you guys can get it to work seven days a week, you will have expanded the lifespan of most people since it's time they can't use. It would also expand time on a relative scale since short dreams seem to last days sometimes.. some have even said they lived a whole life in one.

@PropheticAI That’s a profound point. I think we can get there.

@PropheticAI Sounds good, you guys keep it up 👍

@PropheticAI Careful with cavitation - very common in what you are proposing. It is often used in Ultra sonic experimental treatment of cancers.

@PropheticAI Our mechincal index is less than 1

@PropheticAI How do you ensure that maintains the case, without potential changes occurring electrically to sensitive equipment - without revealing trade secrets of course …fall back systems?

MI is the quotient of pressure and square root of resonant frequency. Resonant frequency will always be the same as its limited by the physically dimensions of the piezoelectric source which generates the wave (happy to explain why that is further) If you send an electrical wave not at the resonant frequency the pressure output will be a significant drop as it’s mismatched. The pressure is limited by the wattage the system can pull in. Importantly, you can take the pressure and derive the net mechincally energy delivered at the focus in wattage as well. By electrically and acoustically impedance matching the system we are playing a game of conservation of energy. Which is to say, look at my input of wattage (power source), look at my output of wattage (energy measured at the focus). No system can be perfectly conserve all energy but the output energy can never exceed the input and by design the pressure cannot exceed our target.

@PropheticAI Prob the coolest tweet I’ve seen in a while

@PropheticAI Thank you

Your work on the ultrasonic brain-computer interface targeting the prefrontal cortex is fascinating, especially in the context of inducing lucid dreams. Given the precision of tFUS in modulating deep brain structures like the amygdala, how do you see this technology potentially impacting PTSD treatment, particularly in terms of fear processing and emotional regulation? Additionally, considering the neuroprotective effects of ultrasound in TBI, do you think this could be leveraged to enhance recovery and consciousness in TBI patients? I'm curious about the therapeutic applications and any ongoing research in these areas.

@PropheticAI Possibly but the lucid state will provide new types of therapies

@PropheticAI Quick read to understand just how far this can go.

@PropheticAI Interesting. Just ordered a copy.

@PropheticAI Here’s a fun thread to add on. Dig in on the Rene Peoc' chicken experiment in the comments here, and things come together very quickly.

@PropheticAI

@PropheticAI Can you exclude the possibility that a more advanced version of this is attached right now to your real brain ? No.
