Yikes! I know several people living in the area. I see zero appeal to it except for those who like being able to walk to their jobs in Brickell. Other than that, it is basically a hub for OF models, transplants and pretentious locals. The restaurants are overpriced and lackluster, and you literally pay 5k for a tiny apartment overlooking other buildings and possibly more construction.
