What a great question! William asks whether the DNA work by NatureMetrics could help solve the mystery of the Loch Ness Monster. And they’ve tried, he is told. Sadly there seems to be no Nessie. All researchers can find DNA evidence of are ‘very big eels’ 🧬

“Science doesn’t tell us why the Big Bang happened, how the singularity occurred in the first place, or why it exploded when it did. It tells us there is objective scientific evidence that it occurred. So, what exactly was the Big Bang?” – Book III The Enigmatic Mystery

@NatureMetrics Nope there’s a time portal under the loch. I saw it on Outlander.

@NatureMetrics Nessie is a magical dinosaur not an eel. She lives in our hearts and minds.

@NatureMetrics You’ve gone from scrapping the bottom of the barrel for sycophantic stories to actually now going underneath the barrel 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Have you ever seen how DNA is organized? It's astounding. A single strand of your DNA, when stretched out, is ~2 meters, or ~6.5 feet long. If you stretched out all the DNA in your body end to end, it could cross the entire solar system, from the sun to Pluto, 17 times. You could wrap all your DNA around the Earth like a rubber band ball almost 2 million times. The storage capacity of DNA is so high that all the world’s digital data (estimated around 175 zettabytes by 2025) could theoretically be stored in just 178lbs of DNA. Imagine, one single server that could handle the entire world's annual data needs. And yet, all of this fits inside the nucleus of a cell, invisible to the naked eye. How is that even possible? To prevent DNA from becoming an tangled mess, unusable for anything, it is organized and packed very specifically. If not for this organization, DNA would be completely unusable for any of Life's processes. It would clump together, unable to be pulled apart to be read by the many interacting molecular systems. To start, smaller segments of DNA are coiled tightly around a special protein called a Histone, whose sole job is to keep DNA organized. This coiled product is called a Nucleosome, which are then further coiled and packed together into long fibers call Chromatin. Chromatin then is further coiled into larger structures called Chromosomes. This organization is not only incredibly efficient, but it also provides functionality to the DNA itself. Chromosome and Chromatin architecture actually effects how DNA functions and communicates with the different systems in the cell, and the number of chromosomes is important to overall function of the DNA in an organism. Without this specific organization, Life could not exist. What does this mean? This means DNA could not have evolved and functioned without simultaneous organization. And DNA can't be organized without the proteins and systems that hold it all together. On top of that, the fact that how DNA is organized affects its function is a clear sign of foresight and planning - all clear signs of intelligent design. The more we learn about molecular biology, the more obvious it is that this was all Created intelligently.

EXCLUSIVE: Scene of Nancy Guthrie private lab testing. I’m outside DNA Labs International where the DNA Testing of evidence is happening right now. I traveled to Deerfield Beach, Florida where lab technicians have been testing critical evidence in the investigation — including the glove found nearly 2 miles from her home. We’ve heard a lot about the discrepancies of sending this type of DNA evidence to a private lab versus a lab used by the FBI, but the Pima County Sheriff, Chris Nanos, says this is their protocol, and a lab that they have used for years. There are only a limited number of private accredited DNA labs in the country capable of this level of forensic work. If possible, DNA Labs International will develop a DNA profile from the glove. According to independent DNA consultant Suzanna Ryan of Ryan Forensic, which is not connected to this case but can speak about how this all works, once a profile is developed it will most likely be sent to the Arizona Department of Public Safety. That’s where the quality control process begins: •A qualified DNA analyst or CODIS administrator verifies the data •The profile must meet strict standards before upload •Once approved, it is electronically transmitted through state systems to the Federal Bureau of Investigation •All systems work together within the national DNA database network CODIS This extra verification step can take time — but it’s critical to ensure the data is admissible and accurate. In this exclusive video, I take you to the scene of where this testing is being done. Because the lab sits on private property, we were asked to leave by property management — but this is where the forensic work is happening. Kearney Disinformation Correction Yesterday, Aidan Kearney attempted to attack the lack of canine DNA detected on John's clothing by tweeting two misleading claims. 1. Canine Swab Collection Kearney Disinformation: Michael Proctor was the source of DNA collected. Factual Information: The swabs were neither from Proctor's body nor collected by him. The swabs were collected by Maureen Hartnett at the MSP crime lab from John's shirt per instructions of Teri Kuhn at UC Davis and were received packaged appropriately. 2. Inhibitors Caused The Lack of Canine DNA Kearney Disinformation: There were inhibitors on John's clothing that masked the presence of canine DNA. Factual Information: UC Davis was asked to perform two tests: a nuclear DNA test which would be used to identify a specific animal and, if the nuclear DNA test failed to yield results, a mitochondrial DNA test called Meat ID to determine presence of DNA from a variety of species. Nuclear DNA is found in the nucleus of the cell and only 2 copies exist whereas mitochondrial DNA is found in the cytoplasm and is significantly more abundant with hundreds of thousands of copies. Nuclear DNA tests are far more accurate in determining the exact source, ie one dog from another dog, whereas mitochondrial DNA is less specific but will be able to determine if DNA from a specific animal species is present. In this case, the presence of DNA from 12 different animal species, including canine and pig, was tested. The results of the QPCR testing for nuclear DNA were that the swabs "did not indicate the presence of canine (nuclear) DNA, but did indicate the presence of inhibitors. This result is obtained when 1. Canine DNA is degraded, 2. The DNA is obscured by inhibitors, or 3. There is no nuclear DNA present." The less specific test using mitochondrial DNA, Meat ID, was then completed. This test showed no canine DNA and further, showed no inhibitors. In other words, had canine DNA been present, it would have been identified on the Meat ID mitochondrial testing since there were no inhibitors. The below video contains questioning from both the defense and prosecution supporting the identified factual information.

🚨David Friedberg: AI is starting to identify and solve problems on its own “I'll give you a science corner example: there's this Evo 2 model that they publish at the Arc Institute, which Patrick Collison, you know, is the main funder and chairman.” “So that Evo 2 model, they just ingested all the DNA data they could find in the world.” “Trillions and trillions of base paired data that they ingested and then they looked at patterns in DNA. And that's it.” “They had no context for what the DNA represented, they had no context for the concept of genes, none of the structured understanding of what that DNA does, what it is, and you know what it did?” “They fed in the BRCA gene variant and the thing output a warning saying, ‘I think that this is a pathogenic variant to DNA,’ without having any context.” “This is the breast cancer allele.” “And it didn't have any knowledge and it wasn't trained on that at all.” “It had no knowledge that there are pathogenic variants for cancer, and it identified that this was a genetic variant that can cause some sort of pathogenic outcome in the organism.” “That's a great example where there's a lack of understanding at the human level on what really drives some of the patterns in nature, the patterns in society, the patterns in behavior that are kind of emergent phenomena perhaps, that these AI models are starting to identify.”
