They're for you. At least the digital version. They hold real time nationwide access to everything in your life. You got your file number at birth (SSN). Everything about you from banks, Flock (and other vendors), stores, health records, hospitals and doctors, practically every company you do business with plus their surveillance, everything you buy and own, car maintenance, cell phone and smart device info. etc. Everything is able to be cross referenced and AI can predict anything from what you'll buy next to how you'll react when certain things happen. You didn't think it was just for AI did you?
