The amount of abuse in these programs is astonishing to say the least. If there was not so much abuse, people in genuine crisis situations could get taken care of during times like this. Treating government assistance like a long-term lifestyle when you are capable of work is unacceptable.

Minitel, 'the France-wide web.' Starting as a videotext phone directory in 1982 it soon expanded into multiple digital services: banking, shopping, train tickets, games, messaging and adult chat (Minitel Rose). You simply connected the dedicated terminal to your phone line and used a short code to access them, billed by the minute to your phone. PTT (later France Télécom) gave the terminals free of charge to households to boost adoption and by the time the service ended in 2012 there were still 600,000 Minitel users.

A 13-year-old girl is among the injured in Zaporizhzhia. She was taken to hospital. Four more injured people are in serious condition. The total number of injured as of now is 26. 13 people were killed. Due to the threat of another Russian strike, the ambulance could not get to the site of the strike for some time. The injured were helped by people nearby. Rescue works continue.
