Oh I remember this being on the telly 😬

As a child in the 70's we had similar reels about the dangers of playing or walking along train tracks. I mean we still did it, but they did have reels like this.

I remember there being loads of these public safety films being shown on TV and in the cinema. Children had the freedom to roam freely outside back then, so were more likely to get into dangerous situations than they are today, sequestered at home under constant supervision.

You just saw a day in a life of somebody from generation X. I miss those lawn darts.
