What did they get wrong? Let's review the Orthodox VS Stuart & Cliffe Knetchle debate

Well if you go by the Apostles on baptism you get the same as Christians in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd centuries ;)

📢 My Favorite Video Yet! 📢 "Their efforts were as futile as their understanding was limited." ✝️ Want to know the truth they couldn’t erase? ⬇️ 🙏 Please subscribe if this resonates with you. Let’s spread the word. Christ is KING! ✝️

Amazing. I said the same thing in my video (full video on the tube). My take also is "if the bread is his real body, it wouldn't decay"

You’re a joke bro. “Real Presence” doctrine does not de facto include Transubstantiation (bread and wine becoming literal flesh and blood). That’s a false equivocation and a strawman. In fact the guy says this in the video. You’re forgetting or ignoring that this dude schooling Cliffe and Stuart is not Catholic. He’s Orthodox. But even Catholicism doesn’t require you to believe in transubstantiation.

Why don’t you try finishing 1 Corinthians 11. Quoting a verse that says it is a symbol isn’t in contradiction with verses that says it’s more than that. Literally Paul says in there that partaking unworthily of the Eucharist makes you “guilty of the body and blood of the Lord” it damns them because “they failed to discern the body of the Lord”. He also says it’s can make you sick or kill you. Mere symbolic bread and wine cannot have these effects

Truly cannot believe how bad of a response this video is. Why do a response video and not actually respond to a single argument the orthodox student presented?

Christ did say He was the Bread of Life & that whoever didn’t take part in His body & Blood would not be of Him. The Orthodox view isn’t the Roman view so attacking transubstantiation WRT to Ortnos doesn’t fit They believe the bread & wine are the deified body/blood via the HS

@farmingandJesus @sola_chad @darwintojesus, if yall haven't been following Ryan of @needGod_net , he's a great follow (and one of the most respectful Christian debaters/teachers I've come across) ❤️

Why would Jesus, being all knowing, not emphasize to say this signifies my body? He knew this was going to be a controversy, and yet he chose to say this is my body.

"What did they get wrong" is quite the statement. This is how most Protestants who are in a position to "teach" think. "This person is right on this and this, but wrong on this." Apparently every single one of you has all the answers needed for any single person.
