What do you take to stay sober?

I know this is jokes, but I was at a mixed AA/NA meeting years ago where a guy legitimately got up and said “I’m completely sober (started naming multiple different drugs and alcohol that he didn’t do anymore). I just take around 2-3 mgs of xanax per day.” I was there when I was getting sober from xanax, so it really shocked me.

I relapse on fentanyl every six to sixteen months just to remind myself how good I’ve got it sober. therapists hate me.

I’m Ohio Sober; which consists of pepperoni pizza, a bump every now and then, sour diesel, and about 18 ice cold miller lites when the Browns play.
