It's not gluten. Its the glyphosate sprayed on wheat in the US prior to harvest. All because the "dry" wheat is easier on the machinery. It makes the wheat faster, easier, and cheaper to harvest. Buy pasta imported from Italy where the use of glyphosate pre-harvest is banned & see for yourself.
