Good luck getting through their automated system these days. The system even prompts you with something along the lines of “the representative won’t have any additional information regarding the delivery / package / tracking number.” 😑

@ErikaKullberg you should add that this only applies to the Shipper and not recipients some may think this will apply to them in retail purchases.

Call center employee when you complain your package is 2 minutes late:

I used to work at a UPS Store. One of my jobs was to track every package with a time guarantee. If it was late, I’d go ahead and file for a refund even before the customer asked for it. If they never asked for it, it would be store money.

What if @FedEx driver stole my package? They literally delivered an empty box and I lost $650 on a @ebaysneakers sale? I also added insurance and they still can’t send me my money back @FedExHelp

Genuine question.....does the refund go to the party that shipped the package or the receiving party? It seems like the party that shipped the package will be the one to receive the refund since they contracted FedEx in which case this doesn't help the person most aggrieved
