You don’t do “50 pushups every day.” You do five pushups at a time, three or four times spread throughout the day. After three weeks of this, you go to seven, then ten, then fifteen, twenty, twenty-five, thirty... After about a quarter of a year of this, you will be doing >100 push-ups a day.

Who else starts and fail to continue 🖐️🤣

Push ups are one thing anyone can start to practise and it helps in building a decent physique

I do 100 before work, good for the mind 👌🏼

Who else starts and forgets to do them

Love how simple habits stack. Fifty a day doesn’t look flashy, but the strength, control and confidence you build from showing up consistently is real. Small reps, big payoff.

I do 125-150 before 2pm but I still struggle getting past 25 in any giving rep.

I did 30 pushups daily for 60 days and all I could visibly notice was my broader chest and bigger biceps and triceps.

You get really good at pushing the floor away, and your T-shirts definitely start working a lot harder.

Doing 50 push-ups a day consistently can really improve your upper body strength over time. You’ll notice stronger chest, shoulders, and triceps, better core stability, and even improved posture. Plus, it’s a simple habit that builds discipline!

Actually started this today #fitfam

@Grok is this really true?

50 push ups will reshape your chest. It won't touch the part of you that needed your body to change in order to feel worthy.

The real win isn’t the 50 push-ups — it’s the habit and discipline that sticks after Day 30. Form gets crisp, soreness fades, chest/shoulders pop, and that daily non-negotiable builds mental steel. Start wherever you are (even knee push-ups), spread them across the day if needed, and just stay consistent. Small daily wins compound hard.

Built my body with push ups and pull ups and added a few minutes of planking

I thought rest days were absolutely non negotiable. Who do we believe?

I do 50 pushups every 2 hours everyday from 9am to 10pm

Today is day 474 of doing 100 push ups every single day. I have never missed a day. Not much happened and not much different. I am 53 and can do about 45 clean in a row. Full eccentric and concentric motion.

This is only good for people who don’t hit the gym and don’t work chest lol ..no way you’re doing 50 push ups daily after benching 100’s 💀

Ok let's do 💪

On the first day as new recruit I must have done 2000 ! 😂

I Do 600 a day , 60 an hour , (30 twice an hour in a ten hour window ) 5 days a week . been consistent for about 18months now after years of inconsistency.. lost a stone and shape looks much better at 49 years of age .

Do 3 sets of 50 every other day. If you can’t do all of them finishing on your knees is fine

Hey @grok what if i do 10 pushup still the same results

Most people who try this injure themselves due to over training and give up. Some even develop permanent injuries.

🔥🔥

Ooooooh

I do 300 within a hour, your chest and arms get bigger.

100 push ups was my everyday morning routine. Now I’m too lazy to do it.

I have been doing pushups every day to failure since mid April of 2025. I started doing 34 and can do 100 average now. If you don’t do anything else start with this. I will be 63 in May and haven’t felt this good since 10 years ago and in my 20s before that.

You’d be surprised when you see your body composition change after you do 100 pushups every day for a while

what if 1000

I can do 139 straight
