I lost 80 pounds and six months without changing a thing except my diet to carnivore. Also a lot less pain and a clear mind. I wish I remembered who told me about it in the first place I could thank them.

I’ve been on it for 3 years. My kids say I look 10 years younger. My cardiologist and endocrinologist encourage me to stay on it. My labs are awesome, and I lost 4 inches in my waist. I did it in hopes of it helping with my Graves’ disease, it actually helped everything.

Lost 65 lbs in 4 months, reversed a skin condition (seborrhic dermatitis) I have had since I was in Jr high. My bone spur pain went completely away. I now have more energy to play than my kids. I have questioned everything now because of it.

I’m divorced so I’ve been on a carnivore for years and didn’t even know it. Steaks, ribs, and wings. I don’t bother with all those other nonessentials like potatoes and rabbit food. 😂

You have to remember, that doctor makes way more money if she's sick and needs medical intervention. Of course hes gonna bash what she's doing, many do. Tell her to find a new doc, there are good 9nes out there that actually care

I just added a multivitamin because your body doesn't produce c or vitamin d

I eat no meat, bird or pork. I am in perfect health. But I don’t eat sugar or white foods or anything processed. All plant based protein, beans, avocados, vegetables etc. The occasional shellfish. I think it’s actually the processed foods that are the worst thing..
