🚨🚨🚨NEW ARTICLE: Vitamin D deficiency was the KEY factor in severe COVID-19 & death. Vitamin D was all that was needed (Public Health - they all knew it). Higher Vitamin D levels meant ¥mild COVID-19 infection with minimal or no hospitalization or death! information about the CCP’s infiltration. Thank you 🙏 @NFSCSpeak #takedowntheCCP #GETTR #ccpvirus

🚨🚨”Today, more than 95% of all chronic disease is caused by food choice, toxic food ingredients, nutritional deficiencies and lack of physical exercise." People know what you are putting in your body!!!

This video is 100% true. In 2013 my triglycerides were 238. Not crazy high but enough to make me want to do something. I stopped eating all obvious refined sugar. The first two weeks were rough with constant cravings. Then I just stopped caring about it. Fruit started to taste amazing. My next blood test has my triglycerides at 113. My most recent one has them at 70. I haven’t had a soda in a decade. Can’t even imagine drinking that watery syrup now.

Your body starts to heal itself.

Dr Berg is awesome.

Do they mean stop eating excess sugar or stop eating sugar entirely? Sugar is an essential carbohydrate. We need it to live. Food companies make us addicted by putting an excess of it in their processed foods, an an excess is bad. But a lack of (hypoglycemia) is also bad.

Dr. Berg has some great videos. I’m his fan!

Absolute truth to what He says. I did keto for 30 days which is as close to zero sugar and Carbohydrates as you can get. You'll know when you're in Ketosis because you would have never pissed so much in your life. It lasted 3 days then normalized afterwards. I lost 45 lbs.

@20272028cat So how exactly do we avoid sugar altogether, do that all meat and only meat diet?
