I think it’s Jai. I also wonder if Joe is still having kidney trouble & is now after Stef’s as he thinks she’s Caleb’s daughter so might be a match. As for Anthony, I think we saw enough of what John did to feel confident he was dead but maybe not buried where he said he is?
