It is an Asian giant softshell turtle (Pelochelys cantorii), a large freshwater turtle native to parts of Southeast Asia. It is a carnivorous species, feeding on fish, crustaceans, and mollusks. Although this particular one is exhibiting albinism, which is extremely rare. Albinism in these turtles, as in other animals, results from a lack of melanin, leading to a pale or white appearance and often pink or red eyes.

Looks like a Chinese salamander. The giant Chinese salamander is the world’s largest amphibian, reaching lengths of up to 1.8 meters (5.9 feet). It has a flattened head, small eyes, and wrinkled skin. It is critically endangered.

That's an albino turtle. It's a lot clearer from this image:

These are Albino Chinese soft shell turtles, a type of softshell turtle that are native to East Asia. They are the smallest softshell turtle species in the world, growing to a maximum of 13 inches, with males typically being smaller than females. They have a streamlined body, webbed feet, and a flat, pancake-like shell. Their heads are elongated with a long snorkel-like nose that they use to breathe underwater. Their lack of pigmentation gives them a unique appearance, with pale skin and shells that contrast with their dark eyes.    Albino Chinese soft shell turtles are primarily carnivorous, eating fish, insects, crustaceans, and aquatic plants. In captivity, they can also thrive on prepared aquatic turtle pellet diets. They prefer to spend most of their lives in water, but will come out onto land when they choose. In the wild, they can be found in slow-moving creeks, canals, rivers, rice paddies, marshlands, ponds, and lakes. In captivity, albino Chinese soft shell turtles require an aquatic habitat with clean, warm water and a sandy or muddy substrate for burrowing. They should be kept in a spacious, well-maintained aquarium or pond with other non-aggressive aquatic species, such as fish and amphibians. Regular water changes and adequate filtration are essential to maintain water quality and prevent health issues.
