5 games min for the kid in the black, 5 games for his coach/dad who did not see the initial push in the line and grabbed his boy, plus an ethics review/meeting with both prior to reinstatement. Now, I would need more context to what the catcher said, but I would sit him a game. You have to send a message to this kids since they all want to be Mike Trout, and their parents with defend them at all costs.

It's always the fat kids who are the bullies that can't handle themselves. Research shows obesity in adolescent boys causes inflammation in the brain & mental health problems which leads to this behavior. It's been like this kids got fat. Nothin new under the sun.

Easiest call of my life, the catcher is ejected for the next game, the kid who ran at him gets 3 games. Both coaches are suspended 5 games for putting hands on each other and pushing the kids.

So the only person who is a bigger A-hole than the player who tackled the catcher is his coach. No wonder that kid is such a jerk! He learns from his coach!

Some of these coaches didn’t get them memo that we raise young men, not thugs. There should be a posted blacklist for coaches that allow this & tournaments should reject the TEAM if any of the coaches are even on the bench!! 😡 Make it happen tournament directors!!

Eject kids & the coaches and then suspend them. The #1 thing that every umpire starts the plate meeting with before a game is SPORTSMANSHIP. Clearly that message isn’t being received. If coaches & players can’t handle that, they don’t deserve the privilege of being on the field.

All of these baseball coaches are guys who never won anything in their life and I think they are Barney bad ass asses because they’re coaching a bunch of kids who paid them thousands of dollars a year to play in shitty tournaments and never win anything. It’s a fucking joke.
