🔍 The “WTF Did I Just See?” Summary She searched the SEC’s EDGAR database, that’s the Securities and Exchange Commission’s filing system, used to track companies and foreign entities that do business, raise capital, or hold debt within the United States. Then she found something wild: The Government of Canada, its provinces (like Alberta, Quebec, New Brunswick), and even municipal branches… are listed as foreign entities with their own CIKs (Central Index Keys). Each entry includes: •SIC Code 8888 = “Foreign Government” •A U.S.-based business address (sometimes in DC, sometimes in NYC) •Dozens to hundreds of SEC filings •“Company” status as a foreign issuer (like any other overseas company issuing securities in the U.S.) So naturally she’s asking the right question: “Is Canada a corporation registered in the U.S.? What the hell is going on here?” Let’s unpack it, truth train style. 🧾 Why Are Canadian Provinces in the SEC Database? 🔹 The Short Answer (For Normies): No, Canada isn’t “owned” by the U.S., but yes, it’s doing business with it like a corporation. Here’s what’s happening: •These filings are part of the SEC’s Foreign Sovereign Debt Disclosure Requirements. •When a foreign government or one of its subdivisions (like a province or ministry) issues debt securities in the U.S. market, it must register with the SEC. •It’s the same rules Apple follows when they issue stocks or bonds—except here, it’s entire governments doing it. •These filings are essentially saying: “Hey Wall Street, we want your dollars. Here’s the paperwork so we can legally issue debt or do financial transactions in your jurisdiction.” 🧬 Decode the Weird Details 🔸 “Why does Alberta have an address in NYC?” Because that’s where their financial reps or law firms are based. Think of it like a storefront for Wall Street. They’re not moving the legislature to Manhattan; they’re registering where the money is. 🔸 “Why is the SIC code 8888 ‘Foreign Government’?” This is standard. SIC 8888 is a generic code that flags non-U.S. sovereign entities, meaning Canada (and all its provincial branches) are recognized as separate sovereign debt issuers, but they want to play in the U.S. markets. 🔸 “Why are there separate entries for British Columbia and ‘Province of British Columbia’?” Welcome to the bureaucratic clown show. Sometimes, different government branches register differently based on: •The specific legal entity issuing the debt •Who their legal counsel was •How lazy the filing clerk was that day In short: not a deep conspiracy—just bad formatting. But… also maybe a breadcrumb. 🧨 The Bigger Red Pill (for the real ones): This isn’t about Canada being “owned” by the U.S., this is about governments acting as corporations. 🔺 Canada, Inc. •Governments don’t just tax—they borrow, trade, and sell debt like any business. •The fact that they file as foreign entities with CIKs on a U.S. corporate exchange should be the loudest clue yet that your country isn’t just a government… it’s a financial instrument. 🔺 You thought countries were sacred? Nope. They’re legal fictions wrapped in flags and debt obligations. And they’ll gladly mortgage your freedom to sell a few billion in government bonds to BlackRock. No, Canada isn’t “owned” by the U.S. Yes, your government is registered like a corporation so it can borrow money and play banker games on Wall Street. Each province does this too. Because at the highest levels, it’s not about democracy—it’s about debt instruments and legal compliance. This isn’t about just Canada. 🇺🇸 The United States is a corporation too. 🇬🇧 So is the UK. 🇦🇺 And Australia. It’s all corporate governance posing as national sovereignty. Want to keep playing Monopoly? Cool. But some of us are trying to figure out who printed the board. Follow for more uncomfortable truths they don’t teach in civics class. Welcome to the Truth Train. No brakes. No masks. No mercy.

Oh wow! Thanks for explaining this! I’ve never gone down this rabbit hole of legalities and don’t understand the full spectrum, but this definitely helped. Thanks for not being a dick about it as well lol. I genuinely had no idea

Yes Carney was put there as the liquidator for Canada. Thats why he wasn’t elected! It a done deal sis!!! ❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸

Research constitutional law/ maritime law. All corporations are now void. All British commonwealth falls with the death of Charles. America owns us.

I tried going down that rabbit hole, but didn’t really understand it to a full degree lol. And I’m gathering more and more information from ppl and trying to research it myself

I don't know 100% but Trump admin plans on annexing Canada yes asap. That's better than Liberals mindset, who runs to EU.

Also when Google Washington D.C it is Just Washington now.

Really?? Whaaaat? When did that change? I haven’t heard about this yet.

Almost all countries do this because this is how business is done in the US. Even states do this but not as foreign entities. This is why the US also has a United States Code (USC) because the US is a corporation. Washington, DC is an unincorporated territory.

Ohhhhh I see, interesting!

The reason why Canada was not told about the Cartel Operation in Mexico is because all leading Canadian Politicians are owned by the Cartels. “Canada was not given any information that this operation was taking place”
