@PostOffice ITV’s Mr Bates vs The Post Office was not superb, it was xxxing brilliant. I have been following this dirty saga in Private Eye; corruption, mismanagement and lying at its very worst. Every serving politician should be forced to watch this series.

We (The PO) are mighty and we are right - they (The sub postmasters) are small and they are wrong. We (The PO) have a one way ticket to hound , frighten, bankrupt and prosecute the little ‘thieves’. We are mighty we are right. The PO management implicated in this horrendous national scandal should face prosecution. The truth must be told. Victims should be cleared of all wrongdoing and adequately compensated.
